Fabulous photos, Sam, I was there in January this year and your photos remind me of what a great trip it was. I loved the fresh spring rolls and learned how to make them and the dipping sauce on an overnight trip on Halong Bay. Thanks for sharing your experience.
So absolutely beautiful. We’ve visited in Feb, and I can’t decide whether or not I want to go back to Hanoi or Hoi An, or Ho Chi Mihn first. All are such wonderful places, but so unique.
Thnaks Louise – I would spend more time in Ho An next time. I enjoyed the calm and didnt get to eat or see enough of the countryside (also beach)
