Power smoothie with berries, banana & almond butter

A power packed and delicious breakfast smoothie that is loaded with nutrients and fibre.

Ingredients

  • 11/2 cups frozen berries (blueberries & raspberries)
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup fat-free fruit yoghurt (no added sugar)
  • ½ cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed blend (or just ground flaxseeds)
  • 1 heaped tablespoon almond butter (or peanut butter)

Instructions

1 Process all of the above in a powerful enough blender.
