My best smoothie with banana and nut butter⠀  ⠀ This is my favourite power smoothie blend. Its so delicious.⠀  ⠀ Recipe:⠀  ⠀ 1 – 1 1/2 cups frozen berries (blueberries & raspberries)⠀ 1 banana⠀ 2Tbsp raisins (for sweetness)⠀ ½ cup Full fat yoghurt ⠀ 1/4 cup fat-free milk⠀ 1 tablespoon açaí berry powder (optional)⠀ 1 tablespoon flaxseed powder or chia seeds (optional)⠀  1 heaped tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter⠀ Instructions:⠀  ⠀ Process all of the above in a blender until smooth.⠀ ⠀ ⠀ #drizzleanddiprecipes #Smoothie #recipereel #healthyrecipes #smoothierecipes
I went to check out the @thebaileyonbree Street th I went to check out the @thebaileyonbree Street this week and I enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Brasserie. This is a 3 level culinary hotspot and @liam_tomlin_1965 latest venture. The food and service were top notch 👌🏻⠀ ⠀ The Brasserie features classic French & European dishes with touches of table-side Gueridon service. Taking you back in time to when this was de rigueur in any top hotel restaurant. Downstairs features the more casual cafe where breakfast, lunch, tea, supper and anything in between is served. The fish requires little more than a drizzle of olive oil, lemon juice and herbs. I made a vibrant new potato salad with capers, shaved fennel and radishes for its heavenly side hustle. ⠀  ⠀ Keeping things French inspired for the month of July, this pairs beautifully with the @lamottewine Vin de Joie Rosé.
