Gin & tonic with pink grapefruit
A refreshing gin and tonic with pink grapefruit juice and elderflower syrup

Ingredients
- 1 – 2 tot’s of gin
- 40 ml 3 ½ Tbs Luckybird Elderflower Syrup
- 60 ml 1/4 cup fresh pink grapefruit juice
- Tonic water to top up
- A sprig of fresh rosemary or thyme as garnish optional
- 1 slice of pink grapefruit to garnish
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass with ice. Add a tot or two of your favourite gin. Add the Luckybird Elderflower cordial. Add the fresh pink grapefruit juice (add a little more if you have a big glass) and give it a good stir.
- Top it with tonic water and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme or rosemary and a slice of pink grapefruit.
Notes
Make this drink just before serving for best results.
