delaire graff restaurant chefs in action

I recently did a shoot at Delaire Graff in Stellenbosch and had a wonderful day touring the greenhouse, the vineyards and the  vegetable garden. I shot the chefs in the kitchen too, and I got a little carried away. As the lighting in kitchens is rather flourescent and unappealing, I edited them to black and white and wanted to share them here.

All the food I shot and ate on the day was exquisite and the desserts simply out of the world. You can see all the pics here. Michael Deg and his team are knocking out superb meals in this favourite restaurant of mine with sensational views.
