A collection of my best honey recipes
Whilst working on a recipe for my client Peel’s Honey recently, where I made the showstopping spiced date cake with cream cheese and honey frosting using three of their honey products, I realised I have quite a few delicious honey recipes on my website. I’m rounding up a few of my best ones to celebrate this magical ingredient that is made by magical bees. They buzz around performing little miracles in our food chain daily and deserve our absolute respect.
